Terms of Service

DiaFriends (the "Service") is an unofficial fan site built together by users who love the game Diablo II. It is a separate space with no direct affiliation with Blizzard Entertainment.

The Service provides build sharing and character simulation for Diablo II: Resurrected, item and area databases and reference price information, and listing information for item exchanges between users. Actual item exchanges take place between users within the game, and the Service is not a party to any trade.

• Users must not engage in fraudulent conduct such as posting false listings, scamming, or impersonating others.
• If fraudulent conduct is confirmed, posts may be deleted and use may be restricted without prior notice.
• The Service only provides information on exchanges between in-game items. Posting, soliciting, or brokering trades in exchange for real-world value such as cash or gift certificates, or for currency of other games (RMT, etc.), is prohibited.
• The Service is not responsible for losses or disputes arising from exchanges between users, and provides support through its report and block features.
• Rune prices on the site are reference values of relative worth between runes and items, not conversions into Korean won.
• Listings whose display period has ended are automatically taken down after a set period (30 days), and any pending trade requests on them are closed at the same time.
• Users are responsible for the content they post, such as builds, listings, comments, and chats.
• Only persons aged 14 or older may sign up as members.
• All rights to game-related trademarks, names, images, etc. belong to their respective rights holder (Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.). The Service uses them solely for the purpose of providing game information, and will modify or delete them without delay upon the rights holder's request.
• Part of the game data, such as items and skills, is processed and used from blizzhackers/d2data (MIT License).
• Some features of the Service (showing when featured creators are live) use YouTube API Services, and by using those features you are deemed to agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. (Effective September 27, 2026)

Reporting Rights Infringement and Takedowns

• If you believe that a post on the Service (build, board post, comment, image, listing, etc.) infringes your rights, such as copyright, reputation, or privacy, you may request that it be taken down by contacting admin@diafriends.net (recipient of infringement reports: the DiaFriends operator). Requests are also accepted through the report feature on each post.
• Please include in your request the address of the post, the right that was infringed and information showing that you are the rights holder, and contact details for our reply.
• Upon receiving a request, we will without delay remove the post or take temporary measures (up to 30 days) so that other users cannot see it, and notify both the requester and the poster.
• The poster may request that the post be restored by demonstrating, through the same contact address, that they hold legitimate rights. If the explanation is valid, we will notify the requester of the scheduled restoration date and then restore the post.

Changes to the Terms

• When we change the Terms, we will announce the effective date and the changes on the site's news board starting 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
• If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may withdraw at any time. Continued use of the Service after the effective date is deemed agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute shall be handled by the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act (민사소송법).
